Just a simple man with a supportive family. Born into the farm life, I ran our family dairy farm until 2014 while also auctioneering during our spare time. Decided to become an Auctioneer when my father, Bud Pepper, asked, “You got any interest in becoming an auctioneer?” He saw something in me, I never did. Soon enough, I graduated from Reppert’s Auctioneer School in 1978, later on graduated from Canton High School in 1979. Married my high school sweetheart, Pam from Powell in 1979, had three beautiful children which later made us Grandparents and now Great Grandparents. Started building our family ran auction business in 2004 and later built our Pepper's Auction Barn in 2013. We are a simple family, that continues to grow with each new customer we meet. We are thankful, grateful, and blessed.

Giving our best to our buyers and sellers!
We specialize in Real Estate, Farm, Firearms, Liquidations, Coins/Currency, Antiques and Estates. We offer competitive commissions, flexible scheduling and hauling needs. One tough need we frequently get asked is dealing with the death of a loved one and their belongings. Death is never easy, and it is exceptionally hard to remove real estate/personal property of that loved one. No matter what your needs are, you can count on our family, for the support you deserve. We see each customer as unique, which is why all of our services can be completely personalized to fit specific needs.
How do our auctions work?
Our process is easy and free of added stress. Real Estate or Antiques, we make the process of Pick up, Hauling, and Selling.. Painless on our sellers. We move all items to our Auction Hall to provide less stress on the seller. We provide them with an itemized list of the items sold at their auction.
You sell everything from Real Estate to Granny's China?
Yes! We sell just about anything you can put your mind to. We offer competitive commission and NO buyer's penalty! Yes, You read that correctly, NO BUYER'S PENALTY!! The only price our sellers pay is a commission, and the only price our buyers pay is for the item bought!
Do you still have "on-site" auctions at a sellers property?
Yes, although it is rare. We still provide this service if Real Estate and Contents of the Estate are being auctioned. Many of our sellers prefer to have their items brought to our Auction hall and sold here without the hassle of many people at the sellers property. Convenient and easy on the seller!
